We begin with fresh, natural turkey breasts. We place them in a savory brine overnight, season with salt & fresh ground white pepper, & roast them to perfection in our wood-burning oven. We then seal them in a sous vide bag & flash freeze. To serve, all that's needed is to place the bag, unopened, in barely simmering water for about an hour, cut the bag open, carve & serve. A $25.00 deposit will assure delivery or pick-up. The balance will be charged then. It is priced at $16.00 per pound.
