Our "Low & Slow" Pulled Pork is the epitome of classic "low & slow" barbecuing. Our Pulled Pork smokes for about 20 - 22 hours over a combination of oak, cherry & hickory. We don't watch the clock when we cook our Pulled Pork. We cook it to an internal temperature, & it's not ready until it's ready. It's packaged in 1 pound "sous vide" bags. All you need to do is place the plastic pouch in simmering water for about 20-30 minutes and it's heated perfectly. You don't even get a pot dirty!
