We begin with beautifully marbled beef tenderloin, season it simply with salt & freshly cracked white & black peppers, & roast it to a perfect medium - medium rare. We vacuum seal it in a sous vide bag & flash freeze. All you have to do to prepare it for serving is place the unopened bag in barely simmering water for about an hour, cut the bag open & carve. A $25.00 deposit will reserve one. The balance will be charged at delivery or pick-up. We'll contact you to ask how many pounds you'd like & to arrange delivery.
